Shipping policy

We are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship pan India to all serviceable pin codes. We also ship internationally. For international shipping rates and delivery timelines, please contact us at thevrindastore@gmail.com before placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation or COD verification.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

COD orders are processed only after successful verification. (See section 6 below.)

3. Shipping Charges (Domestic)

Free shipping on all orders above ₹200.

Flat ₹60 shipping fee for orders below ₹200.

No hidden charges. Free shipping applies to both prepaid and COD orders (subject to COD eligibility in section 6).

4. Estimated Delivery Time (Domestic)

Metro cities: 2–4 working days.

Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 3–6 working days.

Remote or rural areas: 5–8 working days.

Delivery may take longer during festivals, bad weather, or courier delays. We will inform you if there is a delay.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email to track your order on the courier partner's website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available only on orders above ₹300.

After you place a COD order, our team will call or WhatsApp you for verification.

Your order will be shipped only after successful verification.

Unverified COD orders will be cancelled.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Defective Products

A. Lost in transit:

If your package is marked "delivered" but you did not receive it, or tracking shows no movement for 7 or more days, contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date. We will verify with the courier partner. If confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement. No unboxing video is needed for lost packages.

B. Damaged or defective products:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must follow these steps:

  • Do not discard the original packaging.

  • Record a clear, unbroken unboxing video showing the sealed package, the opening process, and the product condition.

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery at thevrindastore@gmail.com or 7017947300, and share the unboxing video.

After verification, we will replace the product or issue a refund. Without an unboxing video, we cannot process damage or defect claims.

8. Incorrect or Missing Address

If you provide a wrong or incomplete address, the order may be delayed or returned to us. You will be charged the actual shipping cost for re‑dispatch.

9. International Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery time is 10-15 days. Shipping charges vary by country. Please email us at thevrindastore@gmail.com with your order details and complete address for a shipping quote. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.
