Refund policy

Welcome to The Vrinda Store. We are devoted to bringing you authentic Tulsi Malas and bhakti essentials made in Vrindavan. Our goal is that every product reaches you with purity and care. But sometimes things go wrong. Please read this policy so you know exactly what to do if they do.

We want you to receive exactly what you ordered. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or refunds only in two situations:

  • The product is delivered damaged or defective.

  • The wrong product is delivered.

No returns or refunds for change of mind, dislike, or any other reason. We do not offer size exchanges (size does not apply to our products).

2. Conditions to Claim

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must:

  • Notify our support team within 2 days of receiving the product (delivery date included).

  • Provide a clear, unbroken unboxing video showing the sealed package, the opening process, and the product condition.

  • Keep the original packaging until your claim is resolved.

Without the unboxing video, we cannot process your claim.

3. Return Process

To request a refund or exchange, email us at thevrindastore@gmail.com or call 7017947300 within 2 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason, and the unboxing video.

After verification, if we confirm the product is damaged/defective or wrong:

  • For exchange: We will send a replacement product.

  • For refund: We will process a refund to your original payment method (see section 4).

Customer pays for return shipping if we ask you to send the product back. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No restocking fees are charged.

4. Refunds

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be transferred to the original payment source (card, UPI, netbanking, or the account linked to your COD payment).

The refund will be credited within 8‑15 business days after approval. The actual time to reflect in your bank account depends on your payment provider.

5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, has missing items, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 2 days of delivery with the unboxing video. Without the video, replacements or refunds cannot be issued.
