Are your Tulsi Malas really made in Vrindavan?
Yes. Every Tulsi Mala, Kanthi Mala, and bhakti item we offer is made right here in Vrindavan by local artisans. We do not source from outside.
We use only genuine Tulsi, real Rudraksha, and pure Chandan.
How long does delivery take within India?
Metro cities: 2-4 working days. Tier 2 and 3 cities: 3-6 working days. Remote areas: 5-8 working days. Free shipping on orders above ₹200. Orders below ₹200 have a flat ₹60 shipping fee,
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on orders above ₹300. After you place a COD order, our team will call or WhatsApp you for verification. Your order is shipped only after successful verification.
Do you ship outside India?
Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery takes 10-15 days. Shipping charges vary by country. Please email us at thevrindastore@gmail.com for a quote. Customs duties are paid by the customer.
What is your return or refund policy?

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled before it is dispatched. Once order is shipped cancellation is not possible.
